In-person yoga teacher training in Hastings & St Leonards and Norwich, combining embodied practice, curiosity and individual development through 300 and 500 hour pathways.

Begin with our 300-hour Year One teacher training as a complete standalone course. You can then continue for a further 200 hours to complete the 500-hour pathway. If you already hold an existing teaching certificate, the 200-hour year can also be taken as a standalone course.
The training brings together movement, anatomy, philosophy, energy work and practical teaching experience. You are given a framework to explore, not a formula to copy.
Explore grounding, gravity, breath and natural movement with curiosity rather than forcing the body into shapes.
Develop a wider understanding of the body through the meridian system and its relationship with movement and awareness.
Work with breath, awareness and flowing movement, bringing another dimension to both personal practice and teaching.
Learn to observe, listen and respond to the individual rather than teaching every body in exactly the same way.
Build useful anatomical understanding grounded in real bodies, movement and safe, responsive teaching.
Develop confidence through practical teaching, reflection and feedback while finding a teaching voice that feels genuinely your own.
