Begin with the 300-hour Year One course as a complete standalone teacher training. Continue for a further 200 hours to complete the 500-hour pathway, or, if you already hold an existing teaching certificate, take the 200-hour year as a standalone course.
Annie Cryar and the teaching team bring long experience across yoga, Shiatsu, Qigong, anatomy and teacher development, with curiosity and the individual always at the centre.
